WELCOME TO THE FIRST ISSUE OF POST, SPICE & CO. DESIGN'S BI-MONTHLY EMAIL COMMUNIQUÉ. INO Contract Furniture

An established brand and business, with some seriously stylish products, the team at INO wanted a brand refresh that would communicate to the market the uber-spunky office solutions they provide to their customers. As INO grew to become a market leader, it was time to focus on consolidating and refining the company’s message. These press ads create an impression of what INO stands for − contemporary, functional, stylish design.

Spice & Co. Design has recently branded Queensland development company Regional House & Land. Starting with the basics, we created a corporate logo and identity as well as a brand for the company’s development in Darlington Park Estate, Warwick. Darlington Park Estate is all about lifestyle, and we have built a brand that evokes the beauty and tranquillity of the perfect tree change. As part of our work for Regional House & Land, we have developed the Darlington Park Estate website, darlingtonparkestate.com, a range of press ads, site signage and corporate identity and managed their sponsorship of the 2007 Polocrosse World Cup.

On the theme of Burlesque, Spice & Co. Design worked with Pink Inc’s inspired owner, Jane Pettersen, to create an intricately crafted fashion show that surrounded guests in a world of textured decadence. The show featured a 360° lighting and set design that evoked the drama of a theatre set and the mood of the hippest New York nightspots. Rococo detailing and Victorian opulence, paired with moody contemporary lighting and video design, set the scene for a showing of Pink Inc’s Australian and international collection. An important government initiative that affects many Australians, the National Continence Management Initiative communications material needed to engage with health professionals and the public at large. Print and web material needed to be visually linked. We set to work on a brand that was easily identifiable, visually engaging and focused on empowering the reader with relevant health information. Our work included design for print and web as well as a comprehensive style guide.
