georgina carberry Founder / creative director
Georgina is an award-winning designer. Following studies in Art History and Philosophy at the Australian National University, she studied design at Billy Blue Creative & Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London. A former employee of the National Portrait Gallery, and retailing giant Westfield, Georgina is the President of the ACT branch of the Australian Graphic Design Association, and a member of the National Council of AGDA. She founded Spice & Co. Design in 2004, and oversees our range of international contacts including copywriters, photographers, illustrators and art directors. She works across print, online, motion graphics and copywriting.

Sander studied concept and graphic design at the Utrecht School of the Arts, before starting the Sander Grafisch Ontwerp studio and worked for diverse range of clients including international brands such as Mazda, Lee Jeans and American Express. He moved to Canberra to become Senior Designer at RTM Design, where he worked for clients such as the Department of Immigration, Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs and the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies. As Art Director for Spice & Co. Design since 2007, Sander has created award winning designs for the Department of Health & Ageing & Dataflex Pty Ltd. Anthony (Ant) & Heshan (Hesh) are a dynamic duo. Fluent in geek speak, they bring the studios' designs to life online. Their combined experience spans the entire online spectrum for digital media.
Ant has worked with clients in Canberra, Sydney, Vancouver, London and New York. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Curtin University and specialises in usability, accessibility and Search engine optimisation. Languages: SQL Server, XHTML/CSS ASP.net, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash.
